Sharon is a Careers Consultant with Birmingham City University with over 20 years’ experience working in higher, further, and secondary education as well as training providers in the local community with a focus on adult guidance. Her current role involves providing impartial advice and guidance to university students and graduates from a range of degree disciplines, offering support with career development and planning.

Sharon designs and delivers careers sessions and workshops geared toward enhancing students employability and provides advice and support for academic colleagues, while actively working with external providers/employers.

Sharon is also qualified as Coach and Mentor and loves opportunities to share her knowledge and experience to help others to reach their goals in life.
