CEO, Spectra
Matthew Gordon is the CEO of Spectra, a multi-disciplinary social impact company that works with progressive organisations and governments across Europe.
Spectra’s services span social impact and D&I consulting, talent development for underrepresented communities and public sector programme delivery. In early 2018, Spectra became the national delivery partner for the Department for Education’s Care Leaver Covenant, a programme that connects to Spectra’s roots supporting young people. With over 300 signatories to date, the Covenant encourages sector leaders throughout England to make practical and specific ‘offers’ of support to the care leaver population.
In 2010, Matthew completed a pupillage on a ‘war crimes’ trial in The Hague. He counts this a defining moment in his professional life. Matthew is also an Industrial Chaplain and provides counsel at companies such as the Birmingham NEC.
