Marverine Cole is a multi-award-winning broadcaster and journalist from Birmingham, with a media career spanning more than 30 years. She is currently best known for being one of the newsreaders on ITV1’s Good Morning Britain (GMB).

During her long journalism career she has worked as a Reporter, Producer and Newsreader for many of the UK’s other leading broadcasters, including Sky News, BBC 5 Live and BBC Radio 4.

When Marverine is not on TV commentating on media and current affairs or busy producing radio documentaries, she is tasting and reviewing real ales! She just happens to be an accredited ‘beer sommelier’: an expert on all things concerning beer. And she writes a regular beer column for Britain’s most popular food & drink magazine, BBC Good Food.
