Justice primarily supports women to start, build and grow profitable businesses and brands. With over fifteen years of experience working with start-ups, Justice has supported over 3000 individuals through coaching, events, group programs and online courses.

As a keynote speaker, Justice has delivered entrepreneurial and inspirational talks in the UK, Europe, and the Caribbean, including TEDx and speaking at the House of Commons. She is the recipient of Cosmopolitan Magazine’s Most Inspirational Woman of the Year and a judge for the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

She has a passion for travel, good food and even better company and is the proud co-founder of 2 kids aged 5 and 12.
