CEO, Evenfields, Founder of Black Talent Awards

Denise Myers, is CEO of recruitment firm Evenfields and founder of the Black Talent Awards, which aims to champion relatable professional role models and tackle employment discrimination. 

As well as being founder of Murray Myers and Evenfields recruitment consultancies, Denise supports the employability of young people through her affiliated grassroots scheme, Evenfields Community, providing youths with the opportunities to develop skills in enterprise through apprenticeships and work experience placements in order to improve their career prospects.

In 2022, Denise launched the Black Talent Awards as part of a wider initiative to champion relatable professional role models and tackle employment discrimination.

An award-winning DE&I champion, In 2022, she won a pitching competition at the Black Business Show, sponsored by Lloyds Bank, and was a finalist in the Lloyds Bank British Business Excellence Awards for Diversity Champion of the Year.
