Chris has a degree in Accountancy & Finance and over 12+ years’ experience in Global Markets Operations wherein he was formerly the European Lead for Sales Support & Operations Client Relationship Management. Chris has extensive product knowledge covering Emerging Markets, Rates, Credit and Fixed Income and has a proven track record of adding value to the Client experience.
Chris has a passion for people development and inclusion wherein he is a founding member of the Black Leadership Forum and has been instrumental in helping to drive DE&I initiatives within the region. As of Jan 2023 Chris moved internally into HR and is now the Regional Lead for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for UK, Ireland and EMEA (excluding Germany).
