Charlotte Mair is the Founder and Managing Director of award-winning culture and communications agency, The Fitting Room. She started the agency with £17.22 in her bank account, and has grown the agency to now, working with some of the worlds most loved brands, artists, and businesses. Charlotte has worked her way to the boardroom by becoming a conduit between shareholders and their customers, simplifying the evolving landscape.
A regular contributor to some of the industries most respected publications including PR Week, Campaign and Ad Age, Charlotte is an award-winner herself with accolades including the Ad-Age Leading Women in Marketing Advertising and Media. Alongside this, she is a regular on the podcast circuit, and a judge for some of the most prestigious awards including the D&AD Awards. Most recently Charlotte was awarded the highly regarded LinkedIn Blue Tick, making her one of the platforms Top Voices globally.
