Legal & Compliance Project Manager, Meta. Seminar stage host.

Ade Ahmadu is an expert in leading strategic change. Currently a Senior Legal Project Manager at Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook), he has a 10+ year track record of delivering £10m+ projects in the financial, pharmaceutical and technology sectors.

Before joining Meta, Ade was a global Finance Transformation Programme Manager at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). He led and implemented business change across 75 markets worldwide, redesigning the future state operating model and organisation structure for GSK and Haleon, following a de-merger. He has also managed and consulted on high-profile transformation projects atFTSE 100 organisations including Barclays, BUPA healthcare and HSBC, and consulting organisations such as KPMG and Deloitte.

Fuelled by a passion to help the black community thrive in the corporate world, he founded Cerculate in 2021. As an accredited career coach (Association for Coaching), Ade works with mid- to senior-level executives, primarily black men, to accelerate their career progression. His real-world experience is bolstered by academic expertise, with an MSc in International Banking & Finance from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Media & Cultural Studies and Business from KingstonUniversity. He is currently studying for an Executive MBA at Warwick Business School, due to graduate in 2023.
